கொரோனா நோய் தொற்று காரணமாக, பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழுவின் வழிமுறைகளின்படி, பருவத் தேர்வு நடத்துவது குறித்த வழிமுறைகளை வகுப்பது தொடர்பாக உயர்மட்டக் குழு ஒன்றினை அமைத்து மேலே முதலாவதாகப் படிக்கப்பட்ட அரசாணையில் ஆணைகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டன.

2. மேலே இரண்டாவதாகப் படிக்கப்பட்ட அரசாணையில், பின்வருமாறு ஆணைகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டன:

 “கொரோனா நோய் தொற்று காரணமாக இந்த பருவத்திற்கு மட்டும் பல்கலைக்கழக நிதி  குழு மற்றும் அகில இந்திய தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக் குழுமம் அளித்துள்ள 

 வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி கீழ்க்கண்ட மாணாக்கர்கள் தேர்வு எழுவதிலிருந்து விலக்கு அளித்து அடுத்த கல்வியாண்டிற்குச் செல்ல அரசு அனுமதி அளிக்கிறது.

* முதலாம் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் இளங்கலை பட்டப்படிப்பில் பயிலும் மாணாக்கர்கள் மற்றும் பலவகை தொழில்நுட்பப் பட்டயப் படிப்பு பயிலும் மாணாக்கர்கள்,

* முதுகலைப் பட்டப்படிப்பில் முதலாம் ஆண்டு பயிலும் மாணாக்கர்கள்,

; * இளநிலை பொறியியல் பட்டப்படிப்பில் முதலாம், இரண்டாம் மற்றும் மூன்றாம்

 ஆண்டு பயிலும் மாணாக்கர்கள்

* முதுநிலை பொறியியல் பட்டப்படிப்பில் முதலாம் ஆண்டு பயிலும் மாணாக்கர்கள்

* அதேபோன்று எம்.சி.ஏ. முதலாம் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு பயிலும் மாணாக்கர்கள்” அவ்வரசாணையில் மதிப்பெண் வழங்குவதற்கான வழிமுறைகளும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

தற்போது மாணாக்கர்களின் கோரிக்கையை எற்று, அவர்களின் நலன் கருதி, தமிழ்நாடு அரசால் அமைக்கப்பட்ட உயர்மட்டக் குழுவின் பரிந்துரையின் அடிப்படையில், மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் 26.08.2020 அன்று பின்வரும் செய்தி அறிவிப்பினை வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்கள் :-

“இறுதி பருவ தேர்வுகளைத் தவிர, பிற பருவ பாடங்களின் தேர்வுக்கான கட்டணம் செலுத்தி காத்திருக்கும் மாணாக்கர்களுக்கும், பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு மற்றும் அகில இந்திய தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக் குழுமம் ஆகியவற்றின் வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி தேர்வு எழுதுவதிலிருந்து விலக்களித்து மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கப்படும். '”

 இறுதி பருவ தேர்வுகளைத் தவிர, பிற பருவ பாடங்களின் தேர்வுக்கான கட்டணம் செலுத்தி காத்திருக்கும் மாணாக்கர்களுக்கும், பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு  மற்றும் அகில இந்திய தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக் குழுமம் (AICTE) ஆகியவற்றின் வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி தேர்வு எழுதுவதிலிருந்து விலக்களித்து மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கி அரசு ஆணையிடுகிறது.

5. மேலே இரண்டாவதாகப் படிக்கப்பட்ட அரசாணையில் உள்ள வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி, மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என அரசானையில் குறிப்பிடபட்டுள்ளது

க. கேள்வி : பாடத்திட்டம் முந்தைய பாடத்திட்டத்தினை காட்டிலும் கடினமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதே?

பதில் : பாடத்திட்டம் கடினமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று சொல்வதை விட தரம் உயர்த்தப்பட்டது என்று சொல்லலாம்.

உ. கேள்வி : பொது அறிவுப்பகுதியில் அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தும்படி பாடத்திட்டம் அமைந்துள்ளதே?

பதில் : ஆம் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற நீங்கள் பொது அறிவுப் பகுதியினை மட்டும் தான் படிக்க வேண்டும்.இது ஒரு நல்ல மாற்றம் நமக்கு இரண்டு வகையில் பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கும். ஒன்று இதுவரையில் நாம் படித்த பகுதிகள் தான் இதிலும் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே இதனை கடினம் என்று சொல்வதைவிட ஆழ்ந்து படித்தால் நிச்சயம் நாம் படித்த பகுதி அனைத்திலும் இருந்து கேள்விகளை எதிர்பார்க்கலாம். இதுநாள் வரையில் அப்படியல்ல சில பகுதிகளில் கேள்விகள் வரலாம் வராமலும் போகலாம் ஆனால் இப்போது நிச்சயம் அனைத்து பகுதியில் இருந்தும் கேள்விகள் எதிர்பார்க்கலாம்.
மற்றொன்று பொது அறிவுப் பகுதியில் ஆழ்ந்து படித்தால் அது நமக்கு மற்ற தேர்வுகளுக்கும்(மத்திய  அரசு தேர்வுகளான SSC,RRB மற்றும் பல) பயனுள்ளதாக அமையும்.

ங. கேள்வி: அப்படியென்றால் மொழிப்பாடத்தினை மட்டும் நம்பி இதுநாள் வரையில் படித்து வந்தவர்கள் பாதிக்கப்படமாட்டார்களா?

பதில் : நிச்சயம் மொழிப்பாடத்தினை மட்டும் நம்பி இருந்தவர்களுக்கு இது கொஞ்சம் பின்னடைவு தான். ஆனால் ஆங்கிலத்தினை மொழிப்பாடமாக கொண்டவர்களை காட்டிலும் தமிழை மொழிப்பாடமாக கொண்டவர்களுக்கு இது சற்றே வரமளிக்ககூடிய பாடத்திட்டம் தான்.

ச. கேள்வி : மொழிப்பாடம் தான் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வில் இருந்து எடுத்துவிட்டார்களே பிறகு எப்படி அதை உற்றுநோக்கி படித்தவர்களுக்கு இது சாதகமாகும்?

பதில் : ஆம் மொழிப்பாடத்தினை முதல்நிலைத் தேர்விலிருந்து எடுத்துவிட்டு முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் அதனை புகுத்தியுள்ளனர்(முந்தைய பாடத்திட்டத்தின் தலைகீழ் மாற்றம் இது)
மொழிப்பாடத்தினை நன்கு படித்தவர்களுக்கு முதன்மைத்தேர்வில் நிச்சயம் கைகொடுக்கும்.அதுவும் தமிழை மொழிப்பாடமாக எடுத்தவர்களுக்கு பெரிய அளவில் கைகொடுக்கும், ஆங்கிலத்தினை மொழிப்பாடமாக கொண்டவர்களுக்கு சற்று சிரமம்தான் ஏனென்றால் அவர்கள் இங்கு ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதினாலும் கூட தமிழை தான் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதப் போகிறார்கள்.

ரு. கேள்வி : வெளிமாநில மாணவர்கள்/ஆங்கில வழி மாணவர்கள் அதிகம் பேர் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வில் தமிழ் இல்லையென்றால் எளிதில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுவிடுவார்களே அவர்களுக்கு சாதகமான பாடத்திட்டமா இது?

பதில் : உண்மையில் முந்தைய பாடத்திட்டத்தில் அவர்கள் வேலையில் உள்நுழைய வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகம் இருந்தது.ஆனால் இதில் அப்படியல்ல அவர்களால் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வை மட்டுமே எளிதில் வெற்றி பெற முடியும்.
முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் தமிழின் தாக்கத்தினை அவர்கள் அனுபவித்தே ஆக வேண்டும் அவர்கள் ஆங்கிலத்தில் தேர்வு எழுதினாலும் தமிழில் உள்ள விஷயங்களை தான் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுத போகிறார்கள் (முந்தைய தேர்வுகளில் பொது அறிவு பகுதிகளை மனனம் செய்து கூட எழுதிவிடலாம் தற்போது அப்படியல்ல.) தமிழ் நன்றாக படித்தவர்களுக்கு முதன்மைத் தேர்வு எளிதான ஒன்று.

சா. கேள்வி : அப்படியென்றால் தமிழ் படித்தவர்கள் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெறுவது கடினமா?

பதில் : நிச்சயமாக இல்லை. முந்தைய தேர்வுகளில் நாம் பொது அறிவுப் பகுதியில் தவிர்த்த பகுதிகளில் சற்று கவனம் செலுத்தினால் போதும் எளிதில் வெற்றி பெற்று விடலாம். பொதுவாக பொது அறிவு பகுதி பெரும்பாலானவர்களுக்கு கடினம் தான்(கட் ஆப் நிச்சயம் குறையும்) எனவே சற்று கவனம் செலுத்தினால்  முதன்மைத் தேர்விற்கு சென்றுவிடலாம்.

எ. கேள்வி : தமிழுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள் என்றால் தமிழில் கேட்கப்படும் கேள்விகளே இறுதியானது என்று கூறுவார்களா?

பதில் : அப்படி சொல்வது ஒன்றும் அவ்வளவு கடினமில்லை TNPSC க்கு.
அப்படி கூறினால் ஆபத்து நமக்கு தான் ஏனென்றால் ஒரு சில வார்த்தைகள் நாம் அதிகம் பயன்படுத்தாதது பொது அறிவு பகுதியில் நிறைய உள்ளன. குறிப்பாக பொருளாதாரம், அரசியலமைப்பு போன்றவற்றில் தமிழாக்கம் செய்தால் நமக்கு கடினம் தான் அதை புரிந்து கொள்வதற்கு ,எனவே தான் ஆங்கிலத்தில் உள்ளதே இறுதியானது என்று கூறுகிறார்கள்.(தேர்வுகளை எதிர்கொண்டவர்களுக்கு தெரியும் இதன் பொருள். வெளியில் இருப்பவர்களுக்கு இது புரியாது)

அ. கேள்வி : முதன்மை பாடத்திட்டம் பற்றி?

பதில் : முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் அலுவலகப் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு தேவையான பகுதிகள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.
முக்கியமாக கடிதம் வரைதல் ஒன்று.
நாம் வழக்கமாக எழுதுவது போன்று அல்ல அலுவலக கடிதம். முற்றிலும் பயன்படுத்தாத வார்த்தைகள் அதிகம் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் அதில். எனவே நம்மை அதை கரைத்து குடிக்கச் சொல்லவில்லை சற்று தெரிந்துக்கொண்டு வாருங்கள் என்று அந்த பகுதி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அடுத்து மொழியாக்கம் தமிழ்/கிராமப்புற மாணவர்களுக்கு இது கடினம் என்பவர்களிடம் சற்று தள்ளி நில்லுங்கள்.
ஏனென்றால் பெரும்பாலான மாணவர்கள் ஆங்கிலத்தில் கல்லூரி தேர்வை எழுதி வந்தவர்கள் தான் எனவே அவ்வளவு கடினமான ஒன்று அல்ல இது. அதே சமயத்தில் ஆங்கில மாணவர்களுக்கு இது பாதகம் ஏனெனில் அவர்களால் அவ்வளவு எளிதில் இதை கடக்க முடியாது.(பெரும்பாலனவர்களுக்கு தமிழ் சுத்தமாக வராது என்பது உண்மை எனவே அவர்களுக்கு தான் இது கடினம்)

நமக்கு ஆங்கிலம் வராது என்றாலும் சமாளித்து விடுவோம் ஆனால் ஆங்கில மாணவர்கள் இதை கடப்பது கடினம். எனவே அவர்கள் கூடுதல் பயிற்சி இதில் பெற வேண்டும்.

கூ. கேள்வி : பாடத்திட்டம் சரியானது தானா?

பதில் : நிச்சயமாக மிகச்சரியான ஒன்று. முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வில் தமிழ் உரைநடை வைத்தது போன்று இலக்கணத்தையும் ஒரு பகுதியாக வைத்திருந்தால் இன்னும் சிறப்பாக இருந்து இருக்கும்.

ய. கேள்வி : பாடத்திட்டம் மாற்றப்பட்டது குறித்து ஸ்டாலின், திருமா போன்றவர்கள் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்து உள்ளனரே?

பதில் : நீங்கள் தமிழை நேசித்து ஆழ்ந்து படித்து வருபவர்கள் அவர்கள் தமிழை வியாபாரத்திற்கு பயன்படுத்துபவர்கள் அவர்களையெல்லாம் கண்டுகொள்ளாதீர்கள்.
அவர்களுக்கு அருகில் இருப்பவர்களும் இதையெல்லாம் கூறியிருப்பார்கள் ஆனால் என்ன செய்ய அவர்கள் பிழைக்க இப்படி அரசியல் செய்தாக வேண்டுமே

கக. கேள்வி : பாடத்திட்டம் மாற்றக்கோரி போராட்டம் செய்கிறார்களே மாணவர்கள்?

பதில் : அவர்கள் எல்லாம் அரசியல் வியாபாரிகள் மூலம் தூண்டப்பட்டவர்கள்.
போராட்டம் செய்வதை விட கொடுக்கப்பட்டதை ஏற்று அதில் படித்து வெற்றி பெறுவது தான் அறிவாளித்தனம். காலம் மிகக்குறைவு ஜனவரி/பிப்ரவரி க்குள் தேர்வை நடத்த திட்டமிட்டுக் கொண்டு இருக்கின்றனர்.
எனவே அதை நோக்கி நகர்வது நல்லது.

 Anna University Revaluation Result 2017: The under graduate revaluation examination results have been released by the Anna University today on its official website at coe1.annauniv.edu and coe2.annauniv.edu. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the website as the result link has now been activated by the board. Candidates can check their results through an alternate result portal also at aucoe.annauniv.edu. The exams were conducted between April and May 2017 and the results of the main exam was released in July, after which students (of batches 2014, 2015, 2016) applied for revaluation.

According to the Karthi Natarajan'S RTI Report report from Anna University, From 2012 to 2016, the Anna university has collected ove Rs 133 crore from engineering students for re-evaluation of papers . In a notice, the varsity said, “no undergraduate and post graduate (full time and part time mode) student of university departments, affiliated colleges will be allowed to appear for their arrear examination who have already exceeded their maximum duration of the programme as per their resolution.”

The Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2016 (Tier-I) was held in Computer Based Examination mode from 27th August to 11th September, 2016.

Details of SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key 2016
SSC CGL 2016 Tier 1 Question Paper contains questions on following subjects

• General Intelligence and Reasoning
• General Awareness
• Quantitative Aptitude
• English Comprehension
  There are 25 questions of 50 marks in each section. Therefore candidate can obtain maximum marks of 200 in Tier 1.
  Note – Till last year, there were 200 questions in exam (2 hours duration). Now there are 100 questions (75 minutes duration). This will in turn affect cut offs.
